Can any brand of hand guard be attached to this as long as it's designed for a piston or will it only accept one made by Adams Arms? I would like to remove original one and replace with quad rail.

Yes, I bought another firearm online from Buds, lol. I find it to be a Great way to shop . I didn't need another AR, but when I saw the price of this piston AR, I was thinking, theres got to be something wrong with it ! Well, I went for it and I've got to say, Wow ! Its short and a little louder than my others, but when it comes to performance......it is almost half as much in price as my cheapest AR, but defiantly out preforms it. A quick cleaning and a little lub, and I was off to the range. Total of 500 rounds even. Everything from cheap junk to high end ammo. Hey, if it's going to break, I want it to happen now, not when I may actually need it, not a single issue at all. So, excellent weapon, especially for the price. Would I recommend it, you bet. Would I buy it again, absolutely .

This rifle shoots very smoothly with low recoil. The price was pretty good considering adams arms wants 1000 on their website. I am very happy with my purchase. Buds was great too no strings attached. Looking forward to much range time.

Received the rifle, and after a brief once-over and cleaning, took it to the range and had it zeroed with Troy folding battle sights within 15 rounds. The rifle is built extremely well, and I encountered no malfunctions. Brass was ejected to my 4:30 and accumulated in a clean 2' circle. Cleanup later was a breeze and (besides the bore) only required a wipedown of the piston and carrier. Really enjoying this rifle.
