Customer Reviews 2 Customer Reviews Average 3.5 out of 5 Devan V Great rifle, although some will not give this rifle a good review because of the high rings, it is IMO one of the most accurate 223's out on the market. I have a 4-12x50mm Vortex on it and this little rifle shoots lights out, 1/4 group all day long with 55grn hornady Vmax's @ 100 yards.
The action is awesome, I would buy this over any Remington 700 or Savage any time, no comparison. The Set Hair Trigger is a great trigger, I don't have to upgrade it to a $150 after market one.
Please consider this rifle, worth every penny! 2 years ago Gary D You do NOT want this rifle. Rifle scopes wont mount properly on it, ie. low to the axis of the bore. It has no iron sights - the only way to aim is with a scope, which is usually fine, except there are no mounts available other than the High. Not from CZ, nor aftermarket. You cant get a good cheek weld if the scope is sticking up in the air.
I contacted CZ and was told - Too bad, that is what there is.
I believe that the "Rest of the Story" is that the bolt handles were never properly designed or milled so that they would clear a normally mounted scope - so they just sell High mounts........ Iron Curtain mentality. I understand this has been going on for years and they do not have the capacity to change it. 3 years ago Show More Reviews...
