Timothy SFor those that have complained about Bud's customer service I have to say this. They had a shipping SNAFU with this part of my order, from before Christmas. I had the great fortune of working with Tonya in customer service who was outstanding, who addressed the shipping problem and got my order fixed. While it took about a month to get my batch of ammo, that IMO is no worse than purchasing ammo elsewhere and at least she "owned" the problem. In short I didnt feel like just another number, and from what I observed a lot of the big ammo outlets take their customers for granted while taking a "it sucks to be you" type attitude. I have now purchased eight firearms from Bud's, and more add-on accessories than I can count (grips, holsters, gun socks etc) and have yet to be disappointed with any of the products or the service I have received. If Tonya is the standard indication of the "people behind the phone", I am now a life long customer. Thanks Bud's and thanks again Tonya! PS- This ammo is great stuff!

Timothy SIMO, the best .22 ammo out there. Shipping was a bit slow because of the Xmas holiday and the present buying frenzy, but Tonya from customer service was OUTSTANDING in getting this addressed! She was polite, courteous, helpful and kept her word getting the SNAFU fixed. Thank you Tonya, you deserve a raise!
