RIA 1911 45ACP PRO MATCH 6 LONG SLIDE 8RD - Blue/Black, 6" Barrel, 8+1 Rounds, Polymer Grips, 3-Dot Sights

Always wanted a long slide but the Colt, Springfields were just too much money. I decided to go with this one and could not be happier. Function was right on the money ball, hp it ran it all. Accuracy was right there too. I would absolutely buy again as it's a great value for the money. Bud's was right on the ball with shipping. Good Deal

Just received my pistol through my FFL last week and went to the range this week to shoot this. The first box of rounds went through this pistol without any issues what so ever (winchester .45 230 grain ammo). The recoil is very minimal but the pistol has some weight to it (probably due to the 6 inch barrel haha). I had to make adjustments to the rear sight since it was shooting very low but overall i'm very please with this 1911. I'm only giving this product 4 stars due to the fact it only came with one magazine but it came with a nice case and the casings it was tested with. I'm going to email rock island armory and ask if it is only suppose to include one magazine since the description doesn't state it. But regardless, I am very pleased with this pistol and it does look very intimidating with the 6 inch barrel.

My 5th Rock Island 1911. No disappointments here. Very nice finish and tight fit. The sights are a big plus also. My gun came with an extra set of wooden grips. It shoots great with no problems what so ever. This is one bad looking gun, especially when looking at the business end of that big 45 bull barrel.....

wow is all I can say, love it, love it love it,,,, been wanting a long slide for a long time nice fit and finish not cheep looking, slide nice and tight, no wobble, trigger crisp very little creep, first one but wont be the last one,,,,, RIA is for real,,, while not a HK,,, its also under a grand and I like the long slide as always buds is on the money,,, great service, great price, whats not to like mahalo buds
