Very nicely finished, went together well. If you want to do a “Colt style” AR9, you cannot go wrong, especially if you want to go RDB system down the line. The extra mass in the front of the receiver gives it a little bit of helpful heft and provides a solid grip area. I am very pleased.

Bought 2 of these lowers have used one and finished putting it together I used a standard lower parts kit from anderson and a Kaw valley precision buffer tube and buffer assembly made for pistol caliber ar 15. I also paired it with a cmmg upper designed to. Work with this colt style lower. Took to the range fired 300 rounds of two different ammo worked perfect.very happy with product.

Well machined lower with dark finish to match most mil spec uppers. Uses Colt style mags, great price for your next 9 mm build. BCG locks open last round compared to some Block mag lowers.

Used this my first 9mm build and it couldn’t have worked out better. It was good fit to ar stoner upper.

This is the second one I purchased from buds, worked perfectly finish looked good. The feed ramps was a little loose compared to my first one but doesn't seem to affect function at all. Overall I'm very pleased.

Well made lower, fits both colt style and modified uzi magazines. Liked it so much I ordered another one. Buds didn't price match the lower price I found but did have a 5 dollar coupon that I used got it for a good price. Can't beat Bud's service.

I have (2) of these Colt style CMMG 9mm lowers. Both function perfectly as they should. Price is very competitive in the cokt style 9mm game. Only giving 4 stars due to looseness of fit with all upper receivers, even cmmg uppers. This may be a non-issue for some but for me, I'm not happy when an receiver set from the same company rattles. Would buy again, ecspecially from Buds

This is my second one of these from CMMG... they are great dedicated 9MM receivers... However, I have not compared it to anyone else's... Buds is great, the receiver is great, so, there it is.
