S&W's SW990 model neck knife has a 3.5" fixed blade made of 400 series stainless steel with a kydex overlay handle. SW990 weighs 2 lbs 10.2 oz while model SW990TA has a black, tanto-style blade and weighs slighly less at 2 lbs 9.9 oz. Both are 7" long overall and include a sheath with a whistle and a breakaway neck chain.
