Order this on 1/1/2017...quick shipping...received the product and installed it right away. Installation was very easy. I am a right handed shooter...initially the ambidextrous side rubbed on my trigger finger but after a grip adjustment, everything felt great. I put several hundred rounds through my AR in a couple of trips to the range. Yesterday while using my rifle from a bench rest, the right side of the selector fell off. I replaced it and it came off several more times. Today, I broke the gun down and saw that the grooves under the sliding portion of the selector had already worn down to the point that it could not remain seated. I had to remove it and put the factory selector back on my gun. I'll be contacting Troy to see what they say.
