Roderick FI received this gun in good time from Bud's. I inspected at the FFL as best as I could before taking possession. Went to the range a few weeks later and could not get a load to fire. I used better than spec ammo. 2 different kinds. The armorer on site looked at it and said there may be multiple problems, firing pin hit on the casing was way outside and the ejector did not appear to work. He loaded ammo directly into the chamber and fired and the plastic "M-4" decorations on the side blew off. He was lucky he did not lose a finger. The case had stove-piped severely. He suggested that I not get it repaired but to return it. Buds gave me the contact info for the manufacturer in Ohio. WARNING- I have called numerous times and have gone online and filled out form to get a "Return Authorization", they said 2 or 3 days. It's been over a month, no returned calls, no response on eMail. Since then with a little investigation I understand that this gun has been an issue for many people and many more are suffering because of their bad customer service. Recommendation- Don't buy this gun. Do not buy a Chiappa product. A waste of time and money.

Guy CReceived this gun two days ago and took to range today. Several F2F on first mag, but that is to be expected for new weapon, next five mags (28 round mags) worked flawlessly using CCI Mini Mags, I recommend not using cheap bulk ammo in any semi auto weapon. The sights leave much to be desirable as front post hard to see in other than full sunlight, but a laser or reflex sight might be the answer. Aside from that minor issue, the gun is a hoot to fire, lots of fun and works flawlessly.
