What a wonderful weapon and such a joy to shoot. The workmanship is impeccable. Friends have bought a Henry after trying mine. It only shoots .22 WMD though. FYI.

What can I say about this rifle. It doesn't get much better than this. You get your moneys worth with any Henry. I guarantee you will never sell it.

This is my 2nd Henry but the First to actually shoot. The first was a Henry GB Engraved and it looked like such a fine weapon I decided to put it up and order this one to shoot. All I can say about the Accuracy is that its excellent. I shot 3" groups at 70 yds out of the box standing w/ no rest. It should get better with a little tweaking. But thats pretty Damn good for any new rifle. I was more than a little disappointed that it arrived very dirty. Not the outside but the inner barrel. It looked as though it was fired and never cleaned which is very bad. And the Other bad part is that BOTH rifles were in the same condition. Being that dirty cannot be good for the barrel. However, other than that I am very happy with the rifle and it's operation. Very good weight and the action is very smooth. Henry doesn't reccommend taking down the rifle for cleaning but it is very easy to remove screws and remove casing which allows cleaning from the breach end. I have always been taught to clean the way the bullet travels if possible to prevent damage the accuracy. Anyway very good rifle and should last a life time with proper care. I got what I wanted and now off to the woods to see how many plastic bottles and tin cans I can kill.
