GLOCK 23 NIB-ONE Nickel-Boron Finish .40sw w/Fixed Sights - Stainless/Silver, 4.02" Barrel, Polymer Grips, 3-Dot Sights

I got this through a trade with Buds, I sent my gun in saturday by the next saturday I picked up my Glock 23. I have to be honest I had no Idea who coated the gun until I got it because I didn't do my reasearch before buying it which is good because doing that might have turned me away from this excellent firearm. If you don't know who does the finish on the NiB-X Coating its WMD which out of the big three who do the Nickel Boron finishes for Glocks it has (from what I have read) the worst repuation, not that is the most important thing in the world but I would have thought twice if I had known that. The coating was really well done, I see no flaws anywhere and it has shown no signs of wear on any of the moving part or after being in and out of my kydex holsters, and it truely wipes off with your hand with out using any cleaning supplies. It has NiB-X Coating Engraved in the slide on the right front side which is not an issue only cosmetic. The plastic sights how ever are very loose and can be pushed off with your fingures and the front sight can be spun with your fingures, this happens with the removal of the factory sights glock has pretty much no matter what so it is expected, so just have some new sights in mind if you want to use this gun for duty or home defense because hitting the gun against anything will knock the sights loose. Im very happy with my purchase and I am definately buying more from buds, with no taxes and free shipping, layaway on top of that, there is no reason to even go to the LGS except to look at what you want next in person before you make your purchase.
