I previously owned a Del-Ton AR that was $849 and the only difference I can tell from this one I just got in was the one for $849 had a detachable carry handle...this is a GREAT value at $659. I ended up ordering a Magpul handguard, Magpul grip, Magpul sling attachment, Magpul grip, Magpul trigger guard and a Matech rear iron sight. For about $800 with everything I'm putting on there, its going to be a good setup for low price.

I bought this Delton after reading many reviews and researching. I heard a lot of things from people telling me to go with a much more expensive AR. I went with my better judgment and bought this Delton. Out of the box, you need to add a rear sight or optic. I chose to add a Magpul Flip up rear sight. I was able to shoot on target at 50 yards straight out of the off the box. I was shooting 2 inch groups at 50 yards on a 5.5 inch target, resting on the 30 round magazine while kneeling at a bench. My choice of ammo that I gave been shooting is Russian Made Lacquered Steel Cased Brown Bear in .223. On the date of me writing this I have shot 160 rounds total, with no miss fires, feeds, or ejections with 2 times at the range. The Gun was cleaned after each times at the range, and has functioned perfectly.

In short I have no problem recommending this Delton AR15 to anyone looking to pickup a budget no frills AR.

I bought this rifle and an M&P from smith and wesson. The M&P is nice and has the full rail but honestly, I like this rifle due to it's weight. I have put about 500 rounds through with no problems at all. Everything is nice and tight, no excessive sloppy movement. Sometimes I wish I had just bought 2 of these.

I have owned this rifle for a couple months,and its been great so far..For the money it seems to be made really well.Upper receiver ,lower receiver and bolt and carrier are all milspec.I also like the look of the rifle,over some others in the same price range.
