You have to pay to get it to them but they will pay to get it back to you.

Graeme/ I had to return a Bersa Thunder 380 back for warranty repairs three times. two instances, I paid the shipping back to Taurus (moe on that later). On the third one, I found out that the box store I bought the gun from will do it for free and handle the paperwork as well. What was interesting was the fact that Berds has you send the gun to the neatest authorized gunsmith. In both cases they paid for the return shipment. In one of the instances, the gunsmith sent a pre-paid shipping label in the other case, I had to pay for the shipment (for some reason, it was a different gunsmith that Bersa told me to use. If you are confused, your not the only one.In the end, the problem was never fixed and I sold the gun. Overall, shipping is kind of a luck of the draw. I would be prepared to pay the shipping to an authorized repair center, but they will pay to ship it back. Note that when it is shipped back, someone 18 years or older will have to sign for it. Also note that if n o one is there to sign, it will be sent back to the nearest service center for pickup assuming its Fedex which most companies use for firearms shipments.

Amazing. Fits very nicely in the hand and is very solid. I was truly floored on how well made this gun is. Take down is very simple too. Fired about 500 rounds through it so far with absolutely no jams etc.... I am very pleased. Don't listen to all the disinformation from Beretta snobs. Good Job! Taurus

Great piece... My first 9 mm.. So far not a single problem. Love the look and the way it feels. It has a nice kick and is very accurate. Like I said.... Perfect... Thanks to Buds, the transaction went flawless and they went above and beyond trying to get the gun for me... Checking out my next purchase now.....

Beautiful gun. Cleans easily, fired 200 rounds through it in three settings, not one misfire or problem. Bit of a pain to clean some tight spots and reassemble after cleaning due to being a Beretta clone (trust me, the Beretta would be just as bad) but every time I fire it it remind me how smooth the action is and what a pleasure it is to own. I also bought mother of pearl grips from Taurus to accent it. A worthy buy, will buy guns from Taurus again.
