I decided to downsize from my PT 92 to something a little lighter and more compact. After a lot of looking and listening I actually bought two. I bought my PX4 sub form Bud's and the service was great as usual. PX4 ordered on Monday got to my FFL on Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday. That's hard to beat.

As for the Beretta PX4 goes, I'm not just satisfied, I'm very happy with this pistol. It is sort of a sub compact that behaves like a much bigger brother. It has a full feel and soft recoil like a bigger gun. I have only put about two hundred Winchester bulk 9mm through it and it is really faultless. It's hard to explain the feel of the gun. Just pick up another sub compact, and then the PX4. You will understand. The slid release is a little novel, but after a couple of field strips it will a quick strip and very easy reassembly. The metal work and milling makes the gun look custom made. I recommend the PX4 very strongly.

This is the first Beretta I've owned and I am quite happy with it. Buds shipped it the day after I placed the order and it was at my FFL within three days. The pistol did have a small blemish in the finish on the top of the slide, but not bad enough to return it. After giving it a good cleaning I took it to the range and put 200 rounds through it. I used a couple different types of FMJ ammo, PMC, Winchester and Remington UMC. Only issues I had was twice the slide failed to lock back on the last round. Not too bad, I am pretty confident in it. It is a very good size and weight, very comfortable to shoot. I was surprised how accurate it was with the 3 inch barrel.

I bought this for my wife. She didn't like it because her hands are kind of small and this gun is wider than average. Plus to handle the slide is difficult with the safeties on either side that stick out. Her accuracy wasn't very good either, but this could just be her fault. So not really too happy about this purchase for her. We should have shopped around more, but we got impatient.

Very impressed initially. Very tight little gun, nice finish. Did function check and all seems good. I will take to range soon and update my review. Buds price was great.

Well buds shipped and completed everything as needed, I ordered 2 one is fine shoots great no problems. The other not so much, gun will not fire in full cock, had to send it back with only firing one shot. advice folks pull the trigger in all cock's prior to taking the gun, I was in a hurry and do not like to dry fire, in this case I should have so $400 and no gun, cannot be mad at buds their just the middle guy
