The CM Series takes the value priced features from Kahr's CW series (3.6 barrel 9mm .40 S&W and .45 ACP models) and incorporates these features into a smaller 3 barrel package. The CM9093 has the same external dimensions as the PM9093 which make it ideal for concealed carry by licensed civilians and law enforcement personnel. The CM9093 is chambered in a 9 x 19 caliber has a 3.0 barrel and an overall length of 5.42 with a height of 4.0. The pistol weighs in at 14 ounces plus 1.9 ounces for the 6 rd stainless steel magazine. Differences between the CM models and PM models are the CM9093 has a conventional rifled barrel instead of the match grade polygonal barrel on Kahr's PM series; the CM slide stop lever is MIM (metal-injection-molded) instead of machined; the CM series slide has fewer machining operations and uses simple roll marking instead of engraved markings and finally the CM series are shipped with one magazine instead of two magazines.Kahr's seven patents are incorporated into the CM9093 resulting in benefits not available in other compact semi-autos on the market today. The black polymer frame features patented 4140 steel inserts molded into the frame in the front and back for added rigidity and strength which can withstand firing thousands of rounds

Love this gun! I was looking for a pocket carry 9mm and obviously had several options. As most reviews note, the trigger is wonderful. Yes, it\'s DAO with a long reset but it\'s incredibly smooth.
I put 300 rounds through it the first time at the range (varying types, including very cheap stuff, hand loads, and Federal Hydra Shoks) and didn\'t have a single failure of any sort.
I\'ve never owned a Kahr but am a big Glock fan. This gun will certainly impress most Glock guys.
I highly recommend this gun if you\'re looking for a small, single stack 9!

Picked up the CM9 last weekend
Ran 300 rounds using four types of ammo and two magazines
Had approx 95 jams
Sent the pistol back to Kahr a couple of days ago and told
There is a 60day turn around to fix the flaws in the pistol
I am very frustrated
In hind sight I would not of bought this gun

My new EDC gun! I got a super slim kydex appendix style carry holster for it and rubber talon grips and it was ready to go. The gun came soaked in oil, including the firing pin, so it had to be cleaned very well. Including the mag!
The only issue I have with it is the trigger connector retention spring kind of rubs on the trigger connector. Really not a big deal once you get some grease on it but it adds some grit to the smooth trigger.
I took it to the range about put about 250 rounds though it and only had one failure. The slide locked back on a loaded mag. It may have been the way I was holding the weapon that caused it.
This weapon is very small, almost as small as you would want in a 9MM. I can carry this gun all day and forget it's even there. It even fits well in my pockets!

Kahr says you have to have a 200 round break in period before the gun is to be considered fully reliable. I put 100 rounds through this sweet little gun today. At the end of the very first magazine the slide didn't lock back, other than that, flawless, performed exactly like it should, locked back every other time, no jams, no failures to fire. Just shot great. The gun is small enough you can really conceal it, iwb, owb, pocket carry, it can fit all those bills depending on how you are dressed which is exactly what I was looking for. I wish I'd bought one years ago. It was easy to shoot one handed and two handed, took a little adjusting to figure out the best way to grip it due to being so small, but after figuring that out it was smooth sailing from there. I don't foresee needing any of the stick on grips or rubber grips to go on this to hold onto it, no issues after 100 rounds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gun to anyone for any reason.
