What is the main difference between the SA-08 Upland and Deluxe models?

the deluxe model has a gloss stock and high gloss blued finish on the receiver/barrel the standard has a matte finish on both the stock and metal. the difference is that the Deluxe has a nicer finish the gun under the finish is the same

Great looking and about 6 pounds this is a beautiful well functioning gun with 3 minute breakdown for cleaning. Shoots about 6 inches low to the left at 25 yards with Federal promo #8 birdshot

After using a friend’s Weatherby 20ga synthetic stock for pheasant hunting, I decided this shotgun was for me. I liked the look of the upland with the wood stock. I took mine new out of the box and put 100 rounds through it without a hiccup. This gun is lightweight and feels solid. I have not used many shotguns so I can’t compare it to similar styles, but I have no complaints with it. I would just suggest watching the price because I bought it from Bud’s early May 2018 for $491.00 and as of June 5,2018 the price spiked to $618.00 which is almost the same price as the Deluxe model which has a nicer finish. I preferred the significantly cheaper price at the time of my purchase and I don’t feel as bad if inscuff up my Upland model. Anyway, I highly suggest this shotgun.
