What a great firearm. Always wanted a 1911 in 9mm. With 9mm so cheap now days was a easy choice. Have fired over some 1000 rounds though it without a problem. Can only say good things. Fit and finish was very good. This is just a range gun but I would not hesitate to carry or make it my permit home firearm. This is my third Para and is the first manufacturer that I go to for anything in a 1911 platform. Very happy.

it had a left over caulk like material on the rear sight, maybe when they installed it from factory. i was Surprised that it got overlooked by Para or by Buds. the magazine that it came with didnt have the plastic endpiece like on the Para website. it came with a steel and coated with blueing. Goodluck trying to get a hold of Para-usa functions better than most other brands GI version. Mine shoots a little low with the fiberoptic front sight. No checkering on grip No malfunctions so far. For 450 minus 100 rebate..... Priceless!!!! great CS BY BUDS!!!

My second Para, I got this one on sale plus it had $100 rebate, (Para has rebates a lot, check for them on there web site) I was looking for an inexpensive 1911 in 9mm, and for the money, I couldn't pass it up! A very nice looking pistol ( looks even nicer in person) and although the slide to frame fit is a not as tight as on my Stainless Expert 45, but it doesn't seem to have hurt the accuracy, it shoots very well. Also, it has a nicely polished, fully Ramped barrel, so it should be very reliable. Para Experts very well built for an entry level 1911. This was my 1st gun purchase from Buds and it was great, very smooth and easy transaction. Arrived at my local FFL in no time, 5 Stars!

Have zero complaints about this firearm. It shot fine, very accurate, no failures at all. Can't beat the price either! Would recommend to anyone looking for a 1911 9mm.

I recently ordered the expert 9mm 1911 through Buds. It was a smooth and pleasent experience. I don't receive the firearm till Monday. I was just wondering if anyone had any type of input about this particular model? I have searched the net for reviews but all I can find is reviews on the 45 expert. Any input would be appreciated.
