Great gun! I've had it for 4yrs now and though i don't shoot a lot it has never failed me. Light weight, though it is compact, it is not to small. Make sure you get the extended mag so it will fit better in your hand.

Absolutely fantastic pricing of Shield M&P 40 with 3 magazines and night sights. Love this product, great CCW/EDC, trigger is not as good as Shield 2.0 models (more like the performance center triggers), but at this price point, quality, and Smith & Wesson name, not much more can be asked for! Thanks Bud's for an awesome opportunity to purchase a fantastic hand gun again!

Good compact pistol, conceals easily in all IWB locations. Slightly uncomfortable if shooting more than several magazine through at a time given the recoil. The 9mm version provides less recoil and can be comfortably target shot all day. Trigger pull is crisp and repeatable. Magazine lock securely in place and are easily loaded/unloaded. A very good bargain at this price.

Great concealable weapon. It's my everyday carry now. Shot 200 rounds through it the other day, not a single jam or issue. Used Winchester, 165 grain, brass. All rounds shot smoothly. Thank you Buds!

My first M&P shield purchase and I am very pleased, it looks and feels great. I took it to the range and fired 50 rounds and it functioned excellent no miss fires or hang up, trigger was light and crisp, magazine release worked well and break down on this pistol was very easy. I would highly recommend this M&P 40 Shield, Great buy from a Great company.

As a conceal carry/personal protection handgun this is a good buy. It is accurate and the sights are acceptable. It has performed without a hitch with different off the shelf ammo I've fired through it. This may not be the perfect personal carry gun, but it's close. Fast delivery and good service from Bud's makes all the better.
