This handgun is amazing couldnt be happier with the way it fires! Springfield is def. a name you can trust. Ready to shoot right out of the box. I agree with the other person who said it is great to have 14 rounds of .45 so much fun! love it! also shot about 200 rounds not one hiccup... will eat anything

Great buy. Beautiful gun, went and fired about 2 weeks after purchasing. Shot 100 rounds of walmart winchester ammo. Shot perfect every round. The weight of the gun balances out the recoil of the 45. Love having 14 rounds of 45 at my disposal. Thanks buds...

Bought and in hand, less than 10 days. This is saying a lot considering 1: I live in Washington State 2: The east coast weather is horrible right now. As for the weapon, I love it. Have already taken it apart, cleaned it, shot it, and re cleaned it. No discrepancies. Cant say enough good things about Springfield. I will definately be buying the .40 and the 9mm within the next few months. Now only if i could find defense ammo as easily as weapons.... :)
