So first off I would like to say that i was an army sniper who served in Afghanistan a few years ago, just so yall know who's writing this review. This gun is worth the money. I read alot of reviews and watched alot of videos prior to purchasing. Everyone says some things different about it and I thought, well I guess some know what they are talking about and some don't, and I was wrong. The gun that I bought is different than any other. Some have a 4-5 lb trigger, some have 9 ......some have magazines that glide smoothly into the well, some are junk, some have a sweet slide and finish, some are just tough. What I'm getting at is that your gun, if you choose you buy this, is going to have some sort of flaw, and for the money, it's too be expected. But, I will say, I love shooting it, I love the way it looks, mine has a great trigger on it so I love that, and it's just a reliable fun shooting gun with an awesome caliber. I would recommend to anyone, beginner or advanced, to purchase this gun. Also, if you have weak hands, and want to handle this gun gently, then you should buy something else. This gun requires a firm hand. The slidelock on mine is pretty tough. My wife can't even rack the gun back. It's easy for me but she's a girly girl so.....anyways, if you want a good reliable shooter that's accurate and fun to shoot, then buy this thing right now.

Definitely worth the price. 7.62x25 ammo is being manufactured and JHP rounds are extremely affordable. This was my first pistol and I'd totally stake my life on it. Recoil is very manageable and I find the gun basically returning right to my point of aim on its own after every shot. I cannot emphasize enough what a great pistol this is and what a great deal [its even cheaper now than when I bought mine]. Stop reading this review and just buy one already.

The gun itself functions fine and looks great. Machining marks are still evident inside the slide and frame, but that was expected from a new gun at this price point. Trigger is heavy, but crisp and may lighten up after the first few hundred rounds. And 7.62 Tokarev is a very fun round to shoot, especially at night. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is that one of the magazines included with the gun was defective. When I disassembled the magazine I noticed that the follower was a different shape and did not fit correctly in the magazine body. Will be calling Century soon to see about a replacement magazine. I did notice on the good magazine some brass markings on the follower out of the box as if it had been test fired, however, there were none of these markings on the defective magazine. Anyone looking at buying a Tokarev should seriously consider this gun. It is brand new, high quality, and holds one more round than the standard Tokarev and is in the same price range as used milsurp models. Buds was fantastic yet again with price and shipping speed. Other than the magazine I couldn't be happier with this gun and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a Tokarev.

Great little shooter and collector type piece without being so collectable that you don't want to shoot it. Mega bargain for sure. Sights are WAY off on mine, holy moley. At this price though, not remotely a deal breaker.

These zastava firearms are well made. The other handguns at this price point simply don't hold a candle to them. The 7.62 cartridge is very easy and fun to shoot. If you like history as I do you need to get one of these.
