When I picked the gun up from my FFL I immediately went to the indoor range that I belong to to shoot a box of 50 through the pistol. There were a couple of other guys shooting on lanes near me and when I started firing off the Zastava they immediately came over to see what I was shooting. It's a loud flame throwing sucker. But my fellow shooters and I all really got a kick out of it. It really is a sweet shooting pistol. No FTF or FTEs in the first 50 rounds. The gun cycled perfectly and it shot pretty accurately considering it was right out of the box. I think it will settle in and as I get more familiar with it I'll get tighter groupings. Don't expect the fit and finish of this gun to be equal to that of major American made pistols. It looks like a Soviet era gun. But I think that's part of what makes it appealing. For 249 bucks you can't go wrong. Seller and Bellot make non corrosive ammo and Buds had some in stock when I bought my gun. You can still get surplus corrosive ammo for these pistols. I'm sticking with the more modern non corrosive stuff. The gun is just really FUN COMRADES (LOL).

Great gun. Ran about 200 rnds with no problems.I did clean it as soon as I got it but it wasnt needed. Came in great condition. A+++ great buy. Keep in mind ammo is expensive and some times hard to get.

The gun I recieved is terrible, it won't feed more than 3 rounds before jamming. I am shooting brand new ammo, not some old surrplus. It also was a little scratched up because it wasn't packed in the box correctly. Save your money and buy something else.

I finally picked up my M57 yesterday after a couple of weeks delay with hooking up with my FFL. It's a beautiful looking pistol, and will go well with my other Tokarev. The extra round per magazine is a bonus. I will get out this week and put some rounds through it, and expect it to perform flawlessly as my Romanian TTC. The only thing I don't care for is the size of the import stamp, and why do they have to stamp on the side rail" Read owners manual before use". No real big deal, just a bit odd. Now if the 7.62x25 will come down in price with the rest of the ammo, I will be able to enjoy all three of my 7.62x25 pistols. Thanks Buds for listing this and the fair price you listed it at. If you are on a budget, or looking to buy for the first time, a brand new pistol that packs a punch like this, is a sound investment. I have purchased a bunch of firearms since Dec., and I wish I would have found Buds sooner.5 Stars*****!!!!!!
