Amazing quality for the price. Get one now while they're still a bargain. I can't see these staying this cheap forever.

Thank you much Buds Guns, I picked my newly purchased M57 Tokarev at my FFL dealer yesterday, took it home, cleaned it and did what the other guy in the bottom comment did also, pretty much took the words out of my mouth. What I can say," is that it's one solid pistol." Thank you again Buds Guns for this excellent pistol.

I found a jewel. I picked my M57 from my local FFL and immediately brought it home, disassembled, and cleaned it. Do not be too judgmental at first. When I first saw it during my inspection at the FFL, the gun felt and looked grimy. This is because the gun came in covered with a light coat of the factory grease/lubricant. This was no surprise, because I was expecting this after researching and reading several reviews and forums. After removing the grease, throughly cleaned it, lubricated every single point of friction/contact and cycle the parts and slide a few hundred times, the M57 slide became extremely smooth and the initial grinding felt during the initial inspection completely disappeared. The trigger also became smooth and crisp.

I was surprised with the grips, because I was expecting them to be cheap and slippery; to my surprise, the gun felt extremely secured and well fitting in my hand. The grips are firm and well made. I still might purchase a rubber wrap for the grips, depending on how it does on range while my hands are sweaty or wet due the elements.

The gun came with the two factory magazines as advertised, a cleaning brush, and a flag safety for the chamber. the blue finish is excellent. This the gun itself is firm and well built.

I will definitely recommend this firearm to any of my friends and it is a great purchase for the prize. I will buy two more to experiment with them and see how far I can go with modifications, but this one will be kept in original condition. As for the test fire, these weapons have been tested extensively thru decades and their reputation speaks for itself, so I decided to limit my posting to my first impressions of the gun.

1. Buy rubber sleeves for the grip.
2. throughly clean and cycle all parts as part of a good break in. You will be surprised of the difference it makes.
3. disassemble and polish the trigger group. This will cost me about thirty cents and a little TLC. I use a metal polisher and a buffing bone.
4. Polish the magazine and the magazine well to reduce friction during speed reloads.
5. I'll put a little white marking on the front sight post with a fine paint marker for faster target acquisition. Take time at the range to adjust the rear sight. You will need a small rubber mullet and a pin to manipulate the rear sight adjustments; the front sights are adjustable as well. There are no elevation adjustments, only windage.

I collect COMBLOCK weapons and so far everything I've gotten from Zastava arms has met my expectations.

Received pistol very quick , it was in great shape , no damage ,but lots of oil . cleaned up and went to range and put 100 rounds through it without incident . It did shoot a little left but grouped real well .will tweek front sight and it should come right in . Really fun to shoot and fairly inexpensive . I shot fmj and found box of hollow point only a dollar more , try it next to see how it does .

Great product for a great price. Have about 600 rounds through it and only 1 FTE. Pretty great considering. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great high velocity handgun. The only reasons for 4 stars is the very sharp mag feed lips, and the rough feed ramp. But with a little elbow grease, nothing that cant be remedied.
