The Thunder Pro UC is a smaller version of the Thunder Pro. Compact and powerful, the Thunder Pro UC is an excellent choice for those who need stopping power without bulk. Preserving the best features of the standard Thunder Pro, the Thunder Pro Ultra Compact is a superior value in a compact, service grade handgun.

Like the standard Pro, the Thunder Pro UC features an improved Browning Petter barrel locking system which provides reliable feeding and ejection. The safety, cocking lever, slide stop levers and magazine catch are completely ambidextrous making this a perfect fit for right or left handers. The Thunder Pro UC maintains the Bersa tradition of accuracy, reliability and durability and is an excellent choice for anyone needing a tough, reliable, compact sidearm.

another great purchase from buds. they did a good job of getting the order out despite the bad weather. the gun is great ,took it home and cleaned it oiled it and took it to the range. I put 150 rounds thru it with no problems. the trigger pull on the double action was smooth and the reset was short. the single action pull was good and crisp. this is a great firearm and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great CC and range fun gun. A bit towards the max size I'd comfortably carry. I shot about 500 rounds I am extremely happy with it. Not a single malfunction with 3 types of ammo. It took me a bit to get used to it, but after 50 or so shots I was right on target shooting cans within 30 yds (with my skill). I am giving a 4 start just because there are guns that are better finished and look nicer. From a value perspective is a 5 start product.
It fits my preferred carry style which is decocked, ready for the double action.

I wanted to reserve my review on this weapon until I shot it. First off, Buds was great as usual! The gun felt great right out of the box,but I did clean it up thoroughly and dry fired it double action and single action three or four hundred times before I went to the range. the double action and single action both lightened up significantly. I put about 200 rounds through it with only two FTF. The first FTF was caused because the rim of the bullet case got snagged on the magazine lip and the second failure to feed was when the bullet got hung up on the feed ramp. That's no big deal for me I'll just polish the feed ramp. I have medium hands and the gun felt just a little wide to me but yet comfortable. By the time I shot the third box of ammo I placed all 50 shots within a 5 inch circle and 35 feet off hand!I knocked the X ring out of the center of the target, this gun was right on right out of the box! The felt recoil seems very soft and buttery smooth. I could have literally put 5000 rounds through the gun without any problems! I had a lot of fun with this piece and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good dependable concealed carry weapon or home defense tool.

I ordered my Bersa Thunder on a Thursday evening, and I picked it up from my FFL the following Monday. I just returned from my range on my Bersa's maiden outing, and I couldn't be more pleased!
While the initial (single action) trigger pull was rather heavy (as expected), the following double action shots were smooth and easy. The trigger has a short reset, and subsequent shots came quickly and flawlessly. Through approx. 75 rounds of FMJ, the pistol functioned without a snag.
The Thunder is equipped with polygonal rifling, and the user's manual recommends that ball ammunition be used for the first 200 shots or so, so I'll hold off on the hollow points and lead for awhile. Still, the gun is a stout, somewhat heavy firearm that I look forward to shooting again in the very near future. AND, Bud's was aces with the purchase and delivery. Kudos!

I am very happy with this gun. It is very accurate, crisp and predictable. It was a pleasure to shoot and the first time I used it 300 rounds in no time. I didn't have any issue with it.
