Just got this gun yesterday. took about a month to get it because oif the mistakes made by buds. they fixed their mistakes and refunded me some of my money for the wait, it just took a long time. First thing i noticed when i got the gun is that it had a long gash/ scratch on the top of the slide. I dont know whether it was from the manufacturer or budsgunshop.com but either way it was kind of dissapointing. when you buy something "brand new" you expect it to look flawless. I didnt return it because i wasnt about to wait another month for my gun i should have had around the 23rd of december. When i took it out to the range it shot just fine, no misfeeds or jams with 250 rounds of winchester ammo. slide is a bit stiff, needs to be worked in. clips are a bit of a burden to load when you're shooting all day. very very stiff, definately need the loader. all in all i like the gun itself. it shoots well and seems reliable so far. I would reccomend this gun to anyone, only reason im giving 2 stars is because of the combination of the mistakes made by buds, and also the asthetic quality of my new gun. It shouldnt have a scratch on it when its brand-new.

This is a decent gun! I ordered it originally on December 14th but budsgunshop.com made a mistake and put the wrong product number on the webpage and it wouldnt let me buy it because of high-capacity mags. They sent me the 4" barrel saying that they dont even have the 5" barrel with 10 round clip. Derek the GM got back to me and said that they made a mistake and requested to to send back the 4" barrel and send me the 5" barrel at no extra cost. after about a month i finally got it in. I must say everything on the gun looks nice, i like the weight and balance. But out of the box it is extremely stiff. all the buttons and releases are way harder to use than normal. In my opinion I love Springfield, but i would way rather have a glock 22. way more reliable, you dont need to strong arm rounds into the mags, you also dont need to strong arm any of the buttons or releases. for about the same price you can get a glock but like always everyone will have their doubts about glock until they actually use one and compare.
