No they are not just cosmetic differences. Buds is great. Fast at shipping everytime. This gun has to be one of my favorite "little" pistols of all time. Great shooting, feeding, and reliable pistol. Very happy with it.

If you are looking for a small, easily concealable .380 Single Action Pistol I could not recommend this firearm enough. It is easily concealable in a pocket holster, you can use an inside the waistband holster and its thin profile is very comfortable and you forget that you even have it on. Whenever I go shooting with my younger sister she likes to shoot the Sig P238 since the recoil isn't bad for such a small handgun. If you're not a fan of the rubber factory grips there are several other aftermarket choices for your preference. As always, Buds was very prompt on the shipping and kept me updated the whole time.

Very pleased with the P238. Put 50 rounds through it out of the box with no jams or fail to fires. Gun is very accurate. 2 inch groups at 30ft. Very easy to conceal. Peace of mind with a safety. Very easy to take apart and clean. With +P ammo has great knock down power.

I love my P238. My shooting is much more accurate than with several other handguns I have owned. It is light and easy to conceal whether in holster on my waist or zipped in my carry purse. I am a 63yo female with medium female hands. This is a small pistol. I chose the model with the finger grooves because it felt best in my hand. I advise one to personally test before purchase as it may not be the right fit for all people. After over 300 rounds of target practice, I am super confident with it.

My hat is off again to Bud's and their fine service and super fast shipping. I ordered my Sig P238 on Tuesday and had it in my hands on that Friday. I have fired 300 + rounds of various brands of ammo and this little gem has not had a problem at all!! It shoots to the Point Of Aim from 7-10 yards. Great little carry gun and it will be with me everywhere I go.
