Hot Damn. It came in the day before yesterday, I picked it up yesterday and I'm ready to give it a try. Actually it will be a Christmas gift for my son. Figured I'd better get it now before DC bans everything for self defense cept wet spaghetti. That or make them so expensive I'd have to mortgage my house to afford one. But anyway. As usual the gang at Buds are on top of things and goin like nobodies business gettin everyones orders processed and out. Shippin was really quick. I think it only took 3 or 4 days from day of order to it showin up at my FFL dealer. Gun looks good, brand new has only 1 clip as it says. I was able to find a couple more, BUT they were kinda expensive. But I guess thats to be expected in these days and times. I am VERY well satisfied with my purchase. This one wasnt my 1st from Buds nor will it be my last. They folks are the best and will do everything they can to help the public out and make things right when there is a problem. I wish they were right here in town. I wouldnt be online at all then. But I'm glad they are here. From the research that I have done. Not only will this gun take the factory ammo clip it is made on the same line as the GSG in Germany. Sayin that I dont want to give the impression that the gun is a cheap copy of somethin else. It appears to be the same SIG quality. I have read that the GSG clip will also function in this SIG. I have read, though I do not know from my own experience. The clips are EXACTLY the same. Keep that in mind when you go to buy extra clips. As far as the price. Through Buds I was able to even save a few bucks compared to what I have priced online and at local gun shows. I hope this helps someone else out and maybe save some online searches.

bought this for my wife for christmas, she wanted and 1911 and i didnt want to get her a 45 for her first handgun. she loves it so much it is a great little gun, kinda picky about what ammo you feed through it at first, after anoud 1,000 rounds it will eat about anything, i use mp-7 oil and it runs flawless. no probs even running white box bulk

As a first time owner, I wanted something simple but durable. This is why I chose a plinker 1911. Very accurate but i will probably switch to night sights verses the already installed contrast. It's a bit of a pain at first to clean and field strip, until you watch a few videos. The slide release lever fought me a few times when trying to pop it out of the frame. I must of spent about 15 minutes each day for the first week practicing how to take it apart and knowing what each thing does. I would definitley recommend this gun if you want something comfortable, high quality, and you don't mind dropping around 400.00. I've learned from IT work, that you get what you pay for.

Pro's: Great weight to the frame so you can buildup secondary strength to handle it., loads and handles very well, and simple to put together afer a few practice runs. Alot of freinds and family whom already have alot of handguns had smiles and giggles when shooting off rounds. I've only put in about 100 rounds and never jammed.

cons: the barrel release front portion is stubborn, so I would recomment oiling the spring before you really start taking shots. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, shooting ventures my FFC, and of course how quickly it arrived .
