With the introduction of the P938, Sig Sauer now offers the ballistic advantage of the 9mm cartridge in a platform similar in size to the best-selling P238 pistol. A single-action-only trigger, coupled with full-size Siglite Night Sights makes the P938 handle like a much larger pistol, yet is still easy to carry concealed. With dimensions just slightly larger than its .380ACP counterpart, the P938 packs six plus one rounds of 9mm into an all-metal frame. The cocked-and-locked single-action trigger gives the P938 unmatched accuracy in a pistol its size. Fans of the 1911 will find the thumb safety, magazine release and slide stop lever in familiar places. An ambidextrous safety makes the P938 easy for left- and right-handed shooters. An extended seven-round magazine will be available separately. The most compact 9mm in the Sig Sauer product line, the P938 will be available in five configurations.

I am now a big fan of Sig. From an engineers standpoint, the fit and finish is perfect. This one is just like a mini 1911. So very well crafted. I put a few hundred rounds through it without so much as a hiccup. Spot on at 21 yards. A great CC weapon.

First I would like to say this was another painless purchase from buds, could not be more pleased with there service. As for the gun I am a little disappointed, Mine will not feed hollow points and when I insert the extended mag and chamber a round then remove the mag to load another round a round falls out of the gun. For the money I paid I would not have expected either to happen and will call sig this week. I fired 200 rounds of 115gr and did not have any problems and for the money should not have had any problems. This gun shoots great, nice tight groups and very little recoil and the sights could not be any better. This will make a great carry gun, my biggest complaint is mine will not feed hollow points. I like this gun but do not love it.

This is the first Sig that I have bought, I can say I am not disappointed. It showed up in perfect condition. I took it to the range to day and fired 200 rounds of cheap remanufactured ammo. The 938 ate it up without a single hiccup. The trigger was smooth and broke crisply. Recoil was very mild. I would highly recommend the 938 to anyone looking at it.

Great pistol. Switching to this from a Taurus Slim, the quality difference is unbelievable. Read a few dicey reviews on the net about failure to discharge issues. I went from the case strait to the range and ran 20 of everything I had through it. Not one problem, and I ran some trash through it. This little Sig just ate it all up! Big fan of this little pistol.

Great pistol, just picked it up a few days ago. Cleaned and oiled it and fired 150 PMC 124 grain bullets without one malfunction. The best ammo for this Sig is 124 grain. Other shooters complained of failures with 115 grain. If you have problems change the ammo. I also have the P238 and it is very ammo sensitive and does not lock the slide back every time, but the P938 is flawless. Trigger and safety are stiff but will loosen up with shooting. I have tried to buy the extended magazine but they are sold out every where. This pistol came with one six round and one seven round mag. I like them both and the pistol shot to point of aim with both mags. Holsters are hard to find and so far there are no extended thumb safety's but they will come out soon. This P938 is not a pocket pistol but great for concealed carry, if you live in a free state. I also shot both mags full of Horanady Critical Defense 135 grain HP's and they worked perfect. There are lots of choices in sub compact pistols, so take your time and try to shoot one before you decide.
