Sig Sauer P239 9mm Scorpion Hogue G-10 Piranha Grip FDE - FDE/Tan, 3.6" Barrel, 8+1 Rounds, Composite Grips

I have always like Sig autos. I gave away a Glock, not a fan, and replaced it with the Sig. I was disappointed in the trigger pull so I sent it to Sig. They corrected it and the trigger pull is what I would expect from Sig. It is my carry gun, Has never jammed or had any other issue. Sig makes a great product and if there is a rare issue like I had Sig backs their product. I would recommend any of the Sig line of autos.

Just picked up my Sig Sauer 239 Scorpion from my dealer the other day, and all I can say is....... Wow! This is a fantastic pistol and purchased for an amazing price through Bud's. Locally, this pistol would run at least $1,000, but through Buds it was $629.00! and to top it off (as with my other purchases through Bud's), the shipping was extremely fast and the transaction was as smooth as it possibly could be and shipping very reasonable (I think I was only charged something like $8.00 to Hawaii!!!). Am I happy with my purchase....? You bet, and I would not hesitate to buy other Sig products as the quality is top notch. Would I purchase again through Bud's Guns....? again, you bet! Great prices and great service, what more could you ask for.

Fit and finish was flawless. G-10 grips were not only rugged and handsome on this particular firearm, but allow the user a firm, no-slip grip ( some may find the grips a bit too aggressive, but I loved them, personally). Perfect function at the range after 120 rounds, without no FTF or FTF using a number of different 9 mm range ammo and personal defense rounds with different weights. Soft shooter with little recoil - a real pleasure to shoot. Only problem was I was consistently not hitting what I was aiming at. Turns out the rear sight was grossly misaligned, and the front sight slightly off center. I have two other P 239 9 mm, and the sights were perfectly centered out of the box - two of the most accurate firearms I have ever owned. I called Sig and was advised that the sights on their handguns are not aligned at the factory to allow the user to adjust as needed. The sights should at least be centered - most of the time this would allow for more than enough accuracy for a concealed carry handgun and for the average user. If someone wishes to adjust the sights, they can do so from a centered position. I had to send the slide back to Sig to have the sights aligned - I'm not going to pay a gunsmith and I'm not comfortable doing the work myself. Nor should I have to as Sig commands premium prices for their firearms, and their products should be ready to do what they were designed for right out of the box.

First time buying from Bud's will not be the last. Great job on shipping, arrived in perfect condition. Also first Sig purchase, have to say it is awesome! Although a bit heavy I believe that this is the best carry pistol out there. Have put approximately 150 rounds through it,no malfunctions whatsoever. All I did was clean and lube it, at 25 feet as long as I did my part everything was in approximately 3-4 inches, not bad for a very compact pistol. Don't worry about it being a little heavy it really helps with recoil and fast follow up shot. Plus it fits my hand great. Must have for someone serious about concealed carry.
