I've had the P229 Extreme a number of years now. Good pistol. Good accuracy. Can jam when using cheaply made ammo, but with decent quality ammo it performs without any problems. Short reset of the trigger is very nice. The shape and feel of the shorter reach trigger is not as comfortable as the traditional Sig trigger, but I've left it as is for now. Gun has some heft to it and absorbs recoil well, making for a nice shooting experience.

Awesome Pistol! Short Reset Trigger spoils you!! As with most Sigs, don't forget to de-cock before you holster. You won't be disappointed. Very impressed with Buds. Emails kept me informed the whole way. Ended up buying an Henry AR-7 shortly after my P-229 purchase.
