My only complaint is that there was an excessive amount of oil on the weapon when it arrived. The effort to rack the action on this gun is VERY light, which is perfect for a small woman or an older child. I can't wait to get it (waiting on Maryland's background check!) and fire a box of rounds through it! Looks great!

This is a great pistol. I received it within a few days of payment and have not been happier since. Upon cleaning and taking to the range for the first time, I am impressed. Experiencing no issues with 150 rounds of Remington Thunderbolt, I left the range a happy camper. This pistol is a replacement to a Bersa Thunder 22 and Ruger 22/45, and is well worth the purchase. SHOT 60 ROUNDS OF REMINGTON 22LR HI VELOCITY AND WORKED GREAT
SWITCHED TO WINCHESTER 22LRWILDCAT AND IT CONTINUALLY FAILED TO EJECT THE SPENT CASING.
NICE LITTLE HANDGUN WITH RIGHT AMMO.

It took a while to get but this is a very nice plinking pistol. Crisp, clean action and very nice to shoot. Shot CCI minimags out of it, no jams, no catches, just a really really good weapon. Only bad part is S&W only puts one mag in the box and I can't find them anywhere. Great gun for the money!

this is an excellent addition to my collectiion. put over 100rds thru it and no jams,stove pipes or ftf. only issue i had was the ammo did not provide enough kick to cycle another round into the chamber so i guees its safe to say it was the ammo on that one and it only happen twice.. this gun did very good on rapid fire drill as well. no jams. this one is a keeper. the finish on this gun is flawless, no scratches or nicks, easy to take down and clean. my ruger sr22 is still #1 but with this mp22 it comes close. the threaded barrel is a very good accessorie to have. over all i give this gun a 5 out of 5 rating. good job smith & wesson. and to buds, the shippin on this gun sucked. i emailed you all twice and was told that it would be sent out on the 14th,after a 3 week wait, but it was never sent out. i called vip hotline and a honest lady told me it had been sitting in "prossesng" and she didnt know why it hadnt been sent out yet. this gun was guarenteed to ship in the normal 2-3 buisness days but i waited a month. its ok tho because it was woirth the wait. and on top of that i got a price quote from my dealer and he priced this gun at 500 plus. buds saved me 200 bucks. THANK YOU
