AWESOME little .45 package!! I definitely love this thing. It's big enough to shoot well, and small enough for concealed carry. It ate all the cheap ammo I ran through without a hitch and is almost indestructible. It also has surprising low recoil with standard FMJ ammo. All of my .40 pistols actually have more recoil than this does. If you can fork over a grand, this pistol is WELL worth the money. I also recommend the 10 round magazine you can buy from HK. Expensive magazines too, but nice to have 11 rounds of .45.

Lightweight and packs a major punch! Combined with legendary HK quality you cant go wrong. This is my second HK pistol, an USP 40 being the other. The HK45C takes it up to another level. Especially for those looking for a great carry piece.
The ability to use 10rd clips is a major plus. Night sights are a bit weak, especially for a pistol of this price range, but are doable. (Tritium is banned in Germany, however many of these are made in the US...I assume this to be a consistency thing as to why the US built guns do not have them) DA trigger is looong, but smooth. Having a LEM light trigger kit put in mine only because I prefer to have the same trigger each time. My personal quirks aside, this is an awesome gun right out of the box, and would not hesitate to trust my life to it.
