I ordered this gun from buds, put it on layaway and paid it out in full on February 19, 2015. The gun was shipped from Bud's warehouse on February 20, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. 2nd day air UPS. It did not leave the UPS facility in Lexington , Kentucky until Monday, February 23, 2015 at noon. It was received at the UPS facility in Earth City Missouri a little after 5:00 p.m. February 23, 2014. On Tuesday Morning I went on UPS website to check on progress and there was a message that shipment was delayed by weather. I called UPS and was sent to an overseas call center (asia pacific) who were not only rude but basically told me to FO. I then called Bud's Online Guns to tell them what happened. They called and UPS told them the could not give them an ETA either,. I do not blame Bud's guns for this fiasco except to tell all Bud's customers the same thing I told Buds. You need to find you a better way of shipping. I'm looking forward to shooting this weapon if it ever arrives. As of this point in time, 10:10 CST, I still have no idea when my weapon will arrive so I must sit here and wait. I am a preferred FFL with Bud's Online Guns. I want no one to get the idea this is Bud's fault. It is a UPS problem. I suggest you ask Bud's is there is an alternative shipping method. I think everyone knows that UPs flies their planes on the weekends and also delivers on Saturday. Gun should have been here Monday as that would have been 3 days and surely by Tuesday as promised.

I have owned a blued PT92 since the mid to late 80's and have always liked it. I decided to get the SS version with the decocker on it. Received it this week and took it to the range. It was better than expected. It looks great and shoots well - accurate and smooth. The sights are much easier to pick up than the old ones. Too big to carry, but it is a great choice for home defense and range.

Awesome Gun! I like it alot better than the Beretta because of the Safety/Decocker position, the slide is smooth as butter, went to the range and fired 200 rounds with no malfunctions at all,,, just wish i had bought the one with adjustable sights, but this gun is perfect, only down side is that the "one in the chamber" indicator isnt as easily distinguishable as my Ruger SR45. if you need an inside wasteband holster i recommend going to AlienGear Holsters, it fits like a glove and i cant even tell im wearing it.

This is my very 1st firearm purchase, & with that being the case, actually proceeding to get your 1st can be a little intimidating. But that wasn't the case with this purchase of w/ Buds. Everything was great & you're kept up to date with emails on status.
Regarding the PT92, it comes just as advertised. It looks great & feels great in my hand. I don't have small hands nor really large hands and the PT92 fits my hand perfectly.
I started out w/ 147grain ammo that shot flawlessly w/o any issues at all.
I did use some Remmington 115grain ammo as well & had a couple times where the casing wouldn't fully eject & after the last round it failed to lock the slide back. I was told that my gun probably needed the heavy grain ammo that packs a little more punch. I'm still breaking it in though & aware now how important lubricating your firearm is prior to shooting, which could correct any jamming issues.
I've put about 600rds thru this gun and I really love it. I really like the safety position on the PT92 better than the Beretta which is on the slide. The trigger pull in S/A is great & very smooth. I've been so happy with the firearm & Bud's that I just made my 2nd purchase this past weekend.

Bud's is great to deal with. This PT92 is one fine weapon. After putting on Hogue rubber grips it really felt good in my hands. Shooting is a pleasure with minimal recoil. Fit and finish are excellent. Has features that I like better than the Beretta. Don't think you can go wrong with the PT92. Also can't go wrong with Bud's prices and service.
