WOW what a great deal. The gun itself came in immaculate condition. Ordered on 01/09/15 received on 01/18/05. This was my first purchase from buds, bought the Taurus G2 cause I just couldn't pass up the deal I got. Buds service was great, the price was great. And the gun itself is awesome. I expected low par quality but was shockingly surprised to find a well built pistol and very aggressively priced. Been to the range and have shot 500+ rounds (Tulammo) so far. Outstanding performance; no FTF's no FTS, consistent and very smooth trigger.

I paid $220 for this pistol, what a great value.

Absolute junk pistol! 3rd round fired and front sight flew off. Returned to Taurus andcrecieved a letter 3 weeks later that stated while fixing the pistol they found "a few other dangerous issues". 8 more weeks go bye and no word on my pistol so i call them. they then tell me my pistol is with their review board and they are determining if they can fix it or should replace it with a new gun. Really...!!??

A total of 17 weeks go bye and i finally get a little upset with them and i get the gun back front sight missing still. I dont believe they fixed any of the other issues they sent in that letter either.

As far as buds goes they were great as always with their part.

Beware when buying a Taurus!

Very good gun for a great price- picked it up for $200(delivered). took it apart- oiled it - put a few hundred rounds of Federal Champion through it with no problems. a few minor sight adjustments and it was accurate at 10 yards. Very good quality- no marks, gaps, or rattles. mags dropped free and fit snug.I am 6'4 and it felt comfortable in my hand(put a little Hogue rubber grip on it too). 2 mags/no hard case.

Mine came in the cardboard box, not the plastic case. Fit and finish looked fine. Cleaned and lubed and fired 200 rounds this weekend. 50 Federal aluminum, 50 Federal brass and 100 Tula BrassMax. All 115 gr. No failures of any kind. Adjustable sights are nice. I was shooting a little to the left, adjustment was easy and now are right on target. Feels and operates like it cost twice what I paid for it.

I absolutely love this gun. Extremely accurate. This is one of the best guns I own. A bit tricky to release the slide but figured not to rack it back more than 1/8 or so and no problem. Highly recommended. No jams. For the price you can't beat it. Taurus is the Chevy/Ford of guns- they work. Not a Mercedes, but I didn't pay for one either. Going after the PT140 next. As long as Taurus has reputation problems, the'll focus on quality more than most. And the consumer wins.
