This has become my favorite pistol. Firing it is smoother than my hand lapped 1911. The trigger feels like a light 629. It's a tack driver as far as accuracy is concerned. I've had no malfunctions and think for under $1000 there isn't a better compact duty or competition pistol. There are a few negatives. (1) These are now made in the USA so it dosen't have the "Made in Switzerland" stamp, (2) there are very few aftermarket accessories, and (3) the steel slide and aluminum frame means the firearm can get hot if you shoot 100-150 rounds quickly. For me the functionality, craftsmanship, and look far outweigh any of the negatives.

It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and the finish and fit of the Sphinx are top notch. It fits my hand like it was custom made for it. The single action pull is excellent, better than any CZ I own, but the double action feels heavier than a CZ. So far no issues I will keep shooting it and not cleaning it and see what happens.
