Hi Jeremy, this is the same gun sold in free states, it does not have a 10lb trigger. This has a Hammer Safety Stop - The hammer safety stop is a notch on the hammer which prevents it from falling fully forward in the event of a primary sear notch failure. It also prevents the hammer from hitting the firing pin should your fingers slip from the slide or hammer while cocking the pistol, provided the hammer has been moved past the stop. The safety stop is not a manual safety. A “hammer-deactivation device” feature nullifies the 10lb trigger requirement. Stray safe & have a great day!

Once again Buds did great, 0 issues and were within all of their guidelines for time. I used the 180 days to pay and it went off without a hitch. The Auto Ordnance 1911 is very nice for an entry level 1911. It is a fairly accurate depiction of a WWII era 1911 with added safety from the drop safety. It has a nice fit and finish and no sharp edges. I took it out for 200rds of 230gn Winchester white box and it went through them without a hitch. Only "downside" is that it comes with one magazine when *most* new firearms come with 2+. Overall I would 100% buy again if I did it all over again and am glad to have this as part of my collection.
