Gun is very accurate and fun to shot. Had 3 rounds that didn't fire due to light firing pin strike with first 30 rounds. Next 100 rounds were perfect. Nice carry gun!

Good quality little handgun at a good price. Fired a nice little group at 25 feet, more than 20 rounds, no jams. I'll carry this gun with confidence.

Took mine to the range the other day with two brands of ammo and fired about 70 total. Tula and Blazzer. I fired several clips of blazzer with no issues then tried the tula. I had several failure to loads and a non fire although it did fire when I reloaded it in the next clip. I went back to blazzer and good to go. I did experience the brass in head a couple times though on ejections. I did compare the Tula to the blazzer and it seemed a hair shorter and the ball was fuller and more round than the blazzer. the blazzer nose seem a bit more streamlined. No matter what i fired though the gun seemed very accurate(more so than I) and all rounds hit target with decent pattern from 15 feet to about 35 or so.
I will retry next week again after cleaning etc but probably wont buy any more tulaammo brand for sure. So far I would say more ammo than gun as the issue with the feed problem.

Just as a note, I have sixteen years of experience with firearms, so I am no novice and handle all firearms with professionalism and expertise.

I checked my TCP before transferring, function, magazines, lock-up, finish, machining, etc.

Everything was fine so far.

Went home, read the manual, took apart the gun, cleaned and lubed the gun, reassembled the gun, bought some ammo, and headed to the range for testing.

I bought a box of SAAMI spec FMJ bullets and SAAMI spec hollow points. The following problems happened with both FMJ and HP bullets:

I loaded up one mag to its capacity, put the mag into the gun, cocked the gun and the gun failed to feed the first round.

Next, I nudged the slide, but no movement. I removed the mag, took out the first bullet, re-inserted said mag, released the slide and the same thing happened.

From here, I tried another set of bullets from my two boxes and still the same thing. After cocking the slide multiple times, a bullet would chamber here and there. Next, the gun would either fire or not even strike the primer. Next, the gun would either extract a round or not even move the slide after firing a round. Note: I never mix ammunition, so this is not a problem.

Later, I experienced a double-feed, which for this type of gun I thought was impossible. I also experienced bullets not chambering all the way or getting jammed halfway in the barrel pointing upward.

Throughout this whole ordeal, the take-down pin continually edged its way out of the gun while firing.

Overall, this gun was horrible. The feedramp has no angle and the bullets feed straight into it, rather than pointing slightly upward, so the mags are also an issue. The extractor is horrible, the barrel also has a lot of back and forth movement, the slide sometimes sticks, and the firing pin doesn't even dent the primers every other bullet.

I will be requesting a full refund from Taurus or Buds. The gun is completely defective and is actually dangerous to use. My father owns a few Taurus products, which are fine, so this is upsetting.

Do not buy this firearm and try to bring snap caps with you before transfers because if the transferring dealer allows it, you could possibly avoid what I went through.

Have a good one.
