Chiappa Rhino 200D Grade 2 Chrome 357 Magnum Revolver - 2" Barrel, 6 Rounds

Love my Rhino. I liked it so much, I also bought the 4inch model. The 2 inch model in one of my regular carry items. The design really does change the recoil in a manner that makes it very manageable even with full power loads. The DA trigger pull is amazing. The flattened cylinder design makes it very comfortable to carry. I also love the high viz sights.

First of all Buds service was top notch as always. Now about the pistol...it is awesome. I have put an assortment of ammo thru this firearm and it handles it all with ease. I was skeptical at first about shooting the heavier 357 rounds but now I am a true believer in the greatness of the Rhino. I could honestly see myself owning the whole line. I was slightly nervous about the grade 2 distinction but after receiving the pistol and seeing the blemish I am very happy with my decision. Great service from Buds...Great firearms from Chiappa.

The Chiappa Rhino 200ds is perhaps the most wonderful firearm I've had the privilege of purchasing recently. Whilst many Americans will be thrown of by its unconventional look and feel (a drop lever off the side for the cylinder release?!) I can tell you it's hard not to fall in love. The recoil of this firearm feels like few others, due to the barrel lining with the bottom chamber. Very light muzzle lift, even when using .357. Now, some old hats familiar with other models of revolvers will still turn their nose at this but I would highly recommend throwing a few rounds downrange should they ever have the opportunity to do so. Chances are, it'll be enough to convince you of a purchase. Bravo Chiappa!

Did much research on revolvers before purchasing the Chiappa Rhino 200DS. I was concerned that it would be too small but it's a perfect fit for my hand. The engineering is first class. Love shooting from the bottom chamber and appreciate the asymmetric cylinder so it has a skinnier profile. The reduction in muzzle flip and recoil is not just marketing; I can shoot defensive 357 magnum rounds one handed without any trouble. I am not very accurate yet with the 2" barrel yet so it requires some target practice. If you plan to shoot single action, it does take a lot of pressure to cock the hammer. The revolver does come in a double action only model if you don't want to deal with cocking/decocking the hammer. All in all it's an elegant revolver and I would buy from Chiappa again.
