This gun is far from perfect, but I bought it as a range toy and I love shooting it. I spent a couple of hours working on it and the mags and I have it running trouble free. This gun is just a lot of fun to shoot. It's ugly, heavy, high bore axis, but none of that really matters with this little pistol, it's just fun to shoot. The positives are that it is tough, will eat the cheapest of ammo and it doesn't need to be cleaned, at least not very often.

Great transaction from buds , This hi point c9 is a really nice firearm . Hi point could raise there prices on these guns 2 shut some of the haters upp. but kudos 2 them for offering there firearms at these prices . so others can protect there selfs and families , If a us soldier carryed a hi point c9 over in the gulf thats the only review i needed to buy one. that alone speaks volumes for this gun . i love mine , usa made and lifetime warranty, enough said ,
