This is my second hi point c9 and bought it for my wife so she can become proficient with a handgun. Accuracy and performance have been superb. Hi point has a great warranty and stand behind there products. Also have the hi point 9mm carbine and as the c9 has performed flawlessly. Would recommend and buy this gun again. Budsgunshop.com is where I go and will continue going for my firearm purchases and cool other stuff!!

When I pulled this pistol out of the box I was disappointed. Its big heavy and clunky. Took it out grudgingly to shoot, this is where things turned around. The sights make for a good picture with the differece in the colors of the dots. Fired the weapon and was surprised how accurate and how well it functioned. Now your not gonna win a target shoot for pin point accuracy, but you can hit where you want to. Overall for the price you pay its a good value, it wont replace my M&P but it is a good house weapon.

The gun is a bit heavy. It does fit my hand well. I've only shot it a little bit. It does perform nicely. I guess for the price it's a real gun. Was a little bit shocked to find out how heavy it was.

So far I have put about 200 rounds through this little gun, it's pretty awesome. I can use the 8 round magazine that came with it and without thinking twice can put the 10 round from the sister carbine in and shoot away! I have tried about 5 different brand mix of FMH and JHP,115 gr to 124 gr and haven't had an issue yet.

I took this handgun to my concealed carry class. The instructor poo-poo'd the name of the gun and questioned its quality. After shooting 149 out of a possible 150 on the range he had more respect for the gun. It's heavy. It's not pretty. But it will fire when it is needed. If you can't afford a big bame firearm don't hesitate to pick up one of these.
