The magazine fits my mini 14 tightly and the bolt has some slide issues but for the price they work.

Bought two of these mags and they arrived last week. At first I was surprised the fit was so tight. Upon attempting to use at the range they failed to feed. These do not work for Ruger Mini 14 in the 580 series. The magazine sits below the bolt chamber allowing it to travel over the rounds rather than grabbing one and chambering properly. Leading to misfeeds. Will likely work in an AR but again I caution do not use for your Ruger Mini 14.
