These seem to be constructed well enough, but they refused to work for me. I'm not sure if it's just my AR-9 or what, but it hates these mags. I had to go buy some metal ones, which it loves. So I'd suggest buying a single before making the same mistake I did buying all I thought I'd need and then having to buy another whole batch of the ones your gun likes.

These work great in my AR 9mm gun using the adapter. You will get issues with every magazine used in every brand of AR gun even in 556 mags. It all depends on the gun mag well with problems with mags and the design of the magazine. Not all mags work in all guns perfectly. Even mil spec guns are not mil spec. Promag has improved this magazine over the last few years. Much harder, tougher material, stronger springs. There are certain promags I won't buy but these work.

I ordered these 2 of these mags for a 9mm SBR. On a positive note, I like the grip and texture of the mags; but that’s about it. Usually when i first get mags, I’ll load them in the gun unloaded just to see the fitting. The fitting was always loose, and the mags did not seat very secure in that with a little wiggle you could pull them right back out with engaging the mag release. That doesn’t happen with my steel mags. Then at the range, I experienced allot of failure to feeds with them using both 115 grain and 124 grain FMJ. I will give them another try at the range soon just to see if they need a little breaking in, but not impressed so far.

For the price, these are certainly a bargain. I purchased them for an AR 9mm pistol build, assembled with a multi cal lower receiver, and magwell adapter. The inserted, released, and fed round nose range ammo without issue. I'm sure I will be purchasing more of these in the future.

It used to be that for an AR chambered in 9mm Luger (9x19mm NATO) that there was only one Magazine available, the Metalform 32-Round Magazine. However, AR 9mm Lower Receivers started to appear that accepted Glock style Magazines. The major drawback with these Receivers was that they had no "Last Round Bolt Hold-Open" feature. If you wanted a 9mm AR that would stay open after the last Round in the Magazine was fired, you had to use a Metalform Magazine dedicated Receiver. Not until recently was there an option for a different Magazine other than the expensive Metalform Magazine made of blued Steel. However, ProMag developed several affordable Steel Magazines. The first generation was poorly designed and would cause multiple failures to feed. The second generation was far better in design and manufacture, but still made of heavy Steel... Introduce the ProMag COL-A3 Black Polymer 32-Round Magazine. This magazine is exceedingly light in weight and very well made. It is made from Dupont Zytel and is very durable with the only part made from another material is the very strong Magazine Spring. This Magazine is by far easier to insert into an Aluminum Magazine Well than any Magazine made with a Steel body; it just slides in and clicks into place without any effort. On top of this, the Last Round Bolt Hold-Open feature works flawlessly and the Magazine drop-out for a quick change works perfectly! Is it the Rolls-Royce of Colt style 9mm AR Magazines like the Metalform? No... But it's a good Mercedes-Benz at a fraction of the cost and far lighter in weight!

I custom built a 9mm AR Pistol using a Colt Magazine dedicated lower with an 11 inch Barrel and a Shockwave Blade Pistol Stabilizer. I have tried metal Mags by Metalform, Armalite and ProMag. The best metal Mags are undoubtedly the 20 and 32 Round magazines with a second place going to the Semi-gloss blackened Steel ones from ProMag (there is a Parkerized version from Promag but it constantly fails to feed the last Round) and the Magazines by Armalite aren't going to feed without multiple failures. I decided to take a chance with this Promag Polymer 32 Round Magazine and bought 2 from Bud's Gun Shop and was amazed at the quality and function if this Polymer Magazine! Fit and finish are excellent and function has been flawless so far. It is far lighter than the Metalform 32 Round Magazine and a helluva lot less expensive! Don't get me wrong, the Metalform Magazine is the 'Rolls Royce' of Colt style 9mm AR Magazines, but for only 1/4 of the price, you get a 'Mercedes Benz' when you buy the Promag Polymer 32 Rounder!

Excellent Magpul type Colt 9mm, 32 rnd capacity magazine. Functions and fits like the original Colt metal clips but much lighter and 1/3 the price cheaper. Magazines fit the Colt 9mm carbine. As always, Bud's shipped the products very quickly and arrived in perfect shape.

I have several of these mags and have no problems with them in my 9mm AR. The AR is NATO spec. for the 124 gr round and the ProMag handles this round without any double feeds. the mag fits the mag-well tight with no wobble this is very important in rapid fire. So for the cost you can't beat this mag. Thanks for great service Buds.

They work.... but the feed lips are kinda too flimsy, when fully loaded if you bump the mag a couple rounds will pop out at times.
