I recently got a 1911 and bought several different brands of magazines to see what to buy down the line. I bought one of these and I do find it aesthetically pleasing. But it's also a very reliable magazine and even shot TulAmmo with no problems out of my RIA .45. Definitely worth what I paid for it.

These Mec-Gar stainless magazines are beautifully made. A physical injury has prevented me from using them yet. I have many other Mec-Gar magazines which have served me well. I expect nothing different from these.
