Galco Kingtuk IWB S&W M&P Shield 9/40 Black Kydex/Leather

An amazing product from a faultless producer. I have owned two prior Galco Gunleather holsters.. first was an inexpensive, off-the-shelf purchase of a Gaclo Sto-n-Go , small, tuckable IWB holster. It was a great little holster that I ruined by stupidly applying leather lotion that (just as their literature said would happen) ruined it overnight by making it so soft, so quickly, it no longer held any retention capabilities. I then purchased a Galco Walk-a-bout .. which is basically a Sto-n-Go IWB holster with an additional flap of leather to create a pouch for storing an extra magazine. This worked well for me, occasionally carrying my Glock 23 around the house etc. But when I moved to FL, and started carrying every day, I realized I needed a new firearm and new holster. The Galco King Tuk for the M&P Shield by Smith and Wesson is just simply the best... And I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true. Having also recently purchased an Alien Gear Holsters "Cloak Tuck" IWB for my Glock 23, I was hesitant to spend $50 when Alien Gear is only $29.99 - well let me say, Galco could charge $100 for this holster and it would be well worth it. The leather is of the highest quality... the backing is very clean, supple and smooth leather while the front is textured, sturdy yet soft Napa leather with perfect stitching and shade. The Kydex holster shell is absolutely the best Kydex I have seen in my life's experience. It is 5x as better than Alien Gears and I didnt think plastics got much better or worse ... I was wrong. Plus when you just put this on, it feels so right. Carrying my M&P Shield in this Galco King Tuk IWB hybrid holster makes me forget I am carrying a gun- I am serious. And let me state: I am using a new, * TWELVE DOLLAR* Walmart belt... so it's not like I am using some $100 leather works company's famous fancy schmancy belt . The $12 leather belt from Walmart suits this just fine... and still, the gun disappears and you never know it's there. And it feels great. I highly highly recommend it and suggest anyone looking for an IWB / Hybrid holster should buy this!
