This is very basic and sort of primitive, however does the job for which it was designed. I like this pocket holster.

You get what you pay for, but you could probably still do better for the price. This is just a stiff leather sleeve shaped like a Bodyguard 380, attached to a stiffer rectangular sheet of leather which will make it look like you are carrying a very large, perfectly rectangular wallet. Makes no effort to grip the inside of the pocket, and grips the gun pretty tightly, so drawing the gun seems to be a long, awkward, two-handed operation. In other words, for self-defense carry, I'm not about to trust anyone's life to it. Maybe it'd be better with a lot of breaking in, but I'd rather just get a fundamentally better holster.
