Neat little plates for getting a bit easier purchase on on a mag to grab it out of your vest. You can rest the rifle on the bottom of this plate however with a normal bipod you'll have enough clearance when prone so that these don't scrape the ground.

no they do not Magpul ranger plates are designed to fit specific magazines and replace the original floorplate with an easy-grab, low-profile, and solidly attached grip to the bottom of the magazine to facilitate quicker and more positive reloads in high stress situations.
