Nice handguard. Feels good in the hand. The only negative is the screws. They feel like they are going to strip out.

This isn't my first purchase of UTG products for my AR's they are my choice. When I wanted to get a hand guard for my carbine it was obvious I was shopping for the UTG hand guard at the best price. Bud's Gun Shop was the best price, I found out they were the fastest to respond as well. The second day after I ordered it, it was delivered. I will shop at Bud's gun shop again it is clear they have great customer care. Oh, and by the way the drop in hand guard was installed within fifteen minutes. Thank you Bud's Gun Shop!

So, I am going to start this thread by saying that I was happy with the product I bought. It is exactly the part that I researched on other websites and did the price comparison and ended up finding that Bud's Gun Shop had the lowest price for it. I was really surprised by the quick shipping from Buds Gun Shop. When I unpackaged the railing it looked great. It came with all the accessories, as far as the 2 – 4 slot rails and 2 – 2 slot rails and the hardware with extra bolts. The installation took 10 minutes because my Delta ring was a little stiff. It was really simple to install. There was about a 3/32” of a gap in between the existing site rail and the top rail of the Handguard but that is to be expected. Now to the things I was not happy about. There was a lack of description of the item. When I ordered it, I did not fully know what I would be getting. Luckily, It was the full package from UTG. Second, I ordered two items. I was told during check out that since they were coming from different locations that I was being charged even more. But when I got the package it was all in one package rather than two. So I don't quite understand why they charged me saying it was coming from two different locations. Despite this I will be ordering from Buds again at a later date.

This handguard is worth every penny! I bought this forend for my Ruger AR556 and it fits perfectly. I was seriously impressed by how well the top rail extension mates to the rail on the upper receiver. This is a minut gap between the two but they are flush on the top and it clears the delta ring so you won't have any scratches from it anywhere. I really couldn't ask for a better fitment. I chose this for my AR556 specifically because Ruger sells it in their online shop as an upgrade for the AR556 and it seems as though Leapers UTG designed this base on Ruger's AR556. It is a complete drop-in installation that any novice gun owner can do without the need for any special tools. The rail sections are super easy to install and place wherever you want. It's light weight compared to a quad rail I replaced this with (I'm unsure if it's lighter than the OE handguard) It's comfortable to grab on to and looks great. It feels like it's well made and durable. Bud's has the best price hands down even with shipping cost.

This rail is of great quality and installs every easily. I had a quad-rail on my AR and it was like holding on to a pinecone. This grip is slim and smooth and feels great in my hand. I loved it so much I bought four for the rest of the family. Also, Bud’s has the best price (as usual) and fast shipping.
