Use and Care Instructions
Before use, wash lid and container thoroughly
To preserve:
(Max temp. of refrigerator and freezer: -20 C/-4 F)
Do not fill the bowls to the top and make sure that the lid is perfectly fitted on glass
When removing from freezer just wait a few minutes before removing the lid
For heating/defrosting
In the oven
Remove the lid, glass container can be used in a pre-heated oven
To maintain fragrance of foods and prevent the food from squirting or drying out while heating, the recommended Max temperature is 160 C/ 230 F
In microwave
Remove the lid, select the defrosting program or those indicated for heating food (Max 110 C/ 230 F)
Top rack dishwasher safe
