Ordering from Buds was a breeze. Shipping was fast. No issues there. The sights themselves; I have owned for four months now. about three months after I had them installed I noticed the material that makes up the white rings around the tritium vials is flaking or crumbling out. Not shot very much and only used MPro 7 cleaning and lube. I contacted Buds first and Buds (quick) email reply indicate that they do not warranty these and directed me to the Ameriglo warranty page. *shrug* ok. However, I have filled out the return request on the Ameriglo web page several days ago and have not heard anything back. Playing the waiting game for now. But my impressions is the sights are a less than quality product and the customer service is as of today non-existant. They also didnt answer the phone when I called. Thanks.
