The UPR16/4 is a improved (parallel) Picatinny rail for the AR15/M4. It allows various devices to be mounted on the weapon. It is designed with a special angle so that it is positioned parallel to the barrel. It can also be placed on the upper or lower side of the weapon using the existing holes in the handguard.
