Both scopes feature Excalibur's adjustable multiplex crosshair system that allows for adjustable crosshair spacing in precise 10 yard increments to match the exact trajectory of your crossbow at velocities between 250 and 350 FPS. This allows the shooter to change arrows without having to relearn the trajectory scale and to perfectly tune the scope to any crossbow. They are virtually parallax-free at normal crossbow shooting ranges and have sensible adjustment clicks of 1/2" at 20 yards. The Shadow-Zone has the same basic design features as Vari-Zone PLUS a green or red illuminated multiplex reticle, making it a must for hunting in the low light conditions.
