Armalite is proud to introduce the AR-50A1 National Match rifle. The National Match has some very important features that set it apart from a typical AR-50A1. The National Match is produced using selected components like a 33" fluted barrel. The extra length and fluting help keep your rifle accurate and lightweight. It has also been shown to keep the barrel cooler while maintaining accuracy enhancing stiffness. The National Match also features a V-Lock bedding wedge which results in a sub MOA accurate rifle. The National Match also was designed to incorporate the skid system to ensure that felt recoil is driven rear-ward. Sold separately, the skid system easily attaches to both the front and rear of the rifle.

Buds service excellent as usual! Armalite's AR50BMGA1NM HAS A WONDERFUL MATCH BARREL, BUT THE "MATCH CHAMBER" STILL HAS OVER 1/2 " FREEBORE. IT DOESN'T SHOOT ANY BETTER THAN THE TWO (YES, I'M STUPID) "STANDARD " CHAMBERS ON BOTH THE AR50 AND AR50A1. A THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE. DEFINITLEY NOT "6 TO 7 INCHES" OR "LESS THAN A MINUTE OF ANGLE" AT 1000 YDS! ALSO, PRECISION AMMO USED TO INCLUDE HORNADY AND LEHIGH BULLETS WITH WEIGHED BRASS, WEIGHED BULLETS, AND WEIGHED POWDER. CHECKED FOR RUN OUT, SHOOT AND CLEAN "9" (?) SHOTS, CONCRETE SHOOTING BENCH W/BENCHREST GEAR, NO WIND, COOL BETWEEN SHOTS....ON AND ON. NOT HAPPY.
